Necessary for production hemoglobin, and oxygenation of red blood cells, builds up blood quality, and increases resistance as well as increasing energy production.
Where it is found
Liver, lean meats, eggs, whole grain breads and cereals, fruits, vegetables, and brewer's yeast.
What it is most effective with
B-12, Folic Acid.
Necessary for red blood cell formation and function. Amount needed is higher in women of childbearing age.
