Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will GIC Inc. or PWS be liable for special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the materials in this site. In no event shall GIC's Inc. liability to a user for any loss, damage or claim exceed the amount paid by the user for accessing this site.

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing your use of the PWS Web site and destroying all materials obtained from it.

PWS will make every attempt to serve customers banners using the ADPUSH rotation system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, there will be times when the Internet is congested, communication lines are cut, natural disasters will occur, employees will strike, and other unexpected problems will arise. PWS will make every effort to restore customers service in a timely fashion.

There will be no refunds if the PWS or ADPUSH service is interrupted. If necessary, credits will be applied to a future months service agreement.

By joining the PWS ADPUSH service you agree to hold GIC Inc., and it's principles, suppliers and technical staff harmless of any damages that may arise from the use of this system.

You also agree to abide by any written rules and/or policies implemented by GIC Inc., or PWS, and understand that GIC Inc., has the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.

Any attempt to de-compile the ADPUSH code, abuse, or intentionally inflate impressions is cause for immediate termination of this agreement.

The ADPUSH system code and Web site are copyrighted material and will be aggressively protected by all interested parties.
